Massage sessions are charged according to times chosen and some are charged according to the types of remedies.

Lunch Break
A massage and nutritious lunch (if requested) that replenishes the mind and body by receiving a 45 minute bodywork session of your choice; Therapeutic Remedy, Swedish Remedy, Deep Tissue Remedy, On Your Feet All Day Remedy, Scalp and Face Session or a Therapeutic Stretch.

Therapeutic Remedy
A custom designed therapeutic massage to meet your unique needs utilizing light to firm pressures. This includes calming and rhythmic effects of a Swedish style massage while incorporating deeper pressures in areas which hold greater tension.

Swedish Remedy
A massage using gentle and slow rhythmic strokes to sooth, comfort, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being and circulation using light to medium pressures.

Deep Tissue Remedy
A massage to release and rejuvenate overworked, tight muscles with firm to deep pressure starting with Swedish strokes. Session may include the application of heat and muscle relief oil to loosen tensed muscles to assist them in returning to their relaxed state.

On Your Feet All Day (Reflexology)
A massage to rejuvenate tired feet and legs. It is known to calm the nervous  system and improve brain chemistry by using a variety of techniques; two handed palm movements, thumb pressure, gentle foot exfoliation, and rich hydrating foot cream.

Mobile Massage
Will travel to the home of the client and provide one of the listed massages with an additional travel fee of $25.
